Upon payment received and order confirmation we will dispatch your order accordingly. Orders will be dispatched on every Monday/Tuesday.

Local Mails : 3 - 7 days excluding weekends and public holidays
International Mails : 7 - 30 days excluding weekends and public holidays

• Normal Postage: S$2.00 (3-7 working days)

By Singapore Post Office

At your own risk (Requisite will not be liable for any lost mail for this option). No tracking reference will be provided

•Courier Service: S$4.00 (1-3 working days)

By Ninja Van, parcel will be delivered to your door step and you will be provided with a tracking reference and SMS notification.

• Express delivery: S$10.00 (Same day delivery)

You will be provided with a tracking reference and SMS notification.

Kindly check out before 1pm for same day delivery, otherwise delivery will be on the following day after 1pm.

Overseas orders

• MALAYSIA & INDONESIA - Flat rate of S$10.00

• WORLDWIDE - Flat rate of S$30.00

SHIPPING TERMS AND POLICY

All orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. We shall not be liable for any forms of lost packages due to incorrect/missing details of address.
Please reconfirm that you have included your postal code and unit number (if any) correctly.

For returned package due to an invalid address or if the package is unclaimed at your local postal office, you will bear full responsibility for the shipping charges necessary for a re-shipment. In such cases, a return or refund is strictly prohibited.
