All items are strictly non-refundable.

Exchange and returns are valid for the following situations:

1. Wrong item sent (Requisite's mistake)
2. Defect / damaged Item sent

Please note that ALL exchanges are valid for:

• 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Items in brand new, unworn and original condition. We will not be able to process any exchange for used/worn items/ items not in original condition.


1. Drop us an email at in the following format -

Subject: EXCHANGE FOR [enter your Order Number/s (e.g. 123456)]
Content: Item details [Item name, colour, qty] + Reason for exchanging + a photo of defected items. 

2. Upon approval, we will send the replacement piece to you once we received the wrong/defected item.

Please note that items are only valid for a one-time exchange only.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any exchange/returns based on assessment of the product shown to us.

For exchanges made for the above situations, shipping costs for replacement item and for returned item will be borne by us. 

Please furnish us with your receipt so that we can reimburse back to you the shipping fee you incurred. (Shipping fee via Singpost Normal/Registered Mail ONLY)
